Grim Ledger ("the app") is an unofficial character tracker for the MÖRK BORG tabletop game.
What we collect
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Email address (email sign-in), or Apple's private relay or real email and Apple user ID (Sign in with Apple) | Create and secure your account |
| Account identifier | Tie your data to you |
| Characters, inventory, campaigns, memberships, event log entries and dice rolls you create | Provide the app's features, including sharing with your campaign's members |
All of this is linked to your account. We do not collect location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, usage analytics or crash analytics. We do not track you across other companies' apps or sites and we do not sell data.
Who can see it
Your characters and rolls are visible to you and to the campaigns you share them with. Other players in a campaign see your character's name and class; the game master also sees its hit points, Omens and status; and campaign members see the dice rolls you make (the game master can hide a roll from players). Data is stored with our backend provider, Supabase (hosted Postgres), and protected by row-level security so accounts only read what they own or share.
On your device
Settings (haptics, sound, motion, selected campaign) are stored on the device. The sign-in session is stored in the iOS Keychain.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account exists. Delete your account in the app at Settings > Account > Delete account; this permanently removes your account and the characters, inventory, memberships and rolls linked to it. You can also open an issue to ask for deletion or a copy of your data, without posting anything private.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
